Elgin Man Charged With Fleeing, Eluding Police

Geneva police arrested Douglas Golub, 19, of Elgin on charges of fleeing/eluding police, no valid driver’s license, disobeying a traffic signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at around 4:27 p.m. Nov. 26 at North First Street and West State Street, reports said. Golub has a court date of Jan. 21 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
