Earrings Taken from Claire's Lead to Arrest of St. Charles Woman
Retail theft: A St. Charles woman is arrested on charges that she took several items from Claire's in the Geneva Commons.
Shannon Smith, 24, of St. Charles was arrested on charges of retail theft of two sets of earrings two pairs of sunglasses and two makeup mini-tins from , 1534 Commons Dr., around 3:15 p.m. Sunday, March 6, reports said.
A Geneva Commons security guard followed Smith to her parked vehicle and was able to provide a description to police. Smith also was charged for driving with a revoked or suspended license.
