DUI Roundup: Third Offense in One Case; Drug Possession in Another

The following information was supplied by the Geneva and Batavia police departments. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

 

DUI-Alcohol, Third Offense—Batavia Police arrested Jason M. Heuser, 27, of Maple Park on charges of aggravated DUI with license suspended or revoked, driving while license suspended or revoked DUI Special Supervision Services third offense, leaving the scene of an accident involving vehicle damage and failure to give information to an owner after striking an unattended vehicle or property. He was transported to Kane County Jail. The report was filed at 8:14 p.m. April 23 at First Street and South Batavia Avenue.

DUI, Drug Possession—Geneva police arrested Jeremy Hardman, 25, of DeKalb on charges of driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or more, speeding, cannabis possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop around 1:55 a.m. April 22 in the 400 block of West State Street, reports said. Hardman possessed a pipe and less than 2.5 grams of marijuana, according to a complaint in the 16th Judicial Circuit. He has a court date of May 15 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 77W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI—Geneva police arrested Christi Tackes, 34, of Joliet on charges of driving under the influence and unsafe lane change after a traffic stop around 2:19 a.m. April 28 in the 100 block of East State Street, reports said. Tackes has a court date of June 5 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI, Illegal Tranportation of Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Jacqueline Haingl, 29, of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence around 8:35 p.m. April 11 in the 2900 block of Cornwall Lane, reports said. She also was cited for improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. She has a court date of May 1 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
