Drug Paraphernalia Charge Goes with Seat Belt Violation
Police charge Hinckley man with drug paraphernalia.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia—Police charged Brian Emmons of Hinckley with possession of drug paraphernalia and a seat-belt violation around 8:37 a.m. Nov. 19, reports said. Emmons was stopped in the 1900 block of South Kirk Road.
