Driver Arrested for DUI, Speeding—and Driving on Wrong Side of the Road
Police reports: Geneva police arrest Batavia man on charges of driving while intoxicated, traveling 55 mph in a 40 mph zone and driving in the wrong lane.
Geneva police arrested Tom Waldron of Batavia on charges of DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08, illegal lane use, speeding and operating an uninsured motor vehicle around 6:56 p.m. Dec. 2 in the 1300 block of West Fabyan Parkway.
Reports said Waldron was driving in the wrong lane and was speeding 55 mph in a 40 mph zone.
