Geneva police arrested Michael McCuen, 25, of Downers Grove on charges of unlawful use of weapons and cited him for public urination following an incident around 2:12 a.m. Oct. 28 in the 0-100 block of North River Lane, reports said.
According to the complaint in the 16th Circuit Court, McCuen was carrying a switchblade knife. He posted $150 bond (10 percent of $1,500) and has a court date of Dec. 4 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
The citation for public urination carries a fine of $50 if paid by due date.
