Very sad, nice young man who has been calling out for help for years. It is sad that our society does not do more to address REAL ISSUES before it is too late and these kids fall through the cracks. Paul Ryan's budget does not cut a nickel from defense, WHY? We need to address mental health issues and instead we make cuts from those very institutions. I don't get it.
