The following information was supplied by the Batavia and Geneva police departments. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

The Nov. 7 crash at Kirk Road and Fabyan Parkway that stymied last Thursday's rush-hour traffic involved drivers from St. Charles and Crystal Lake.

One person was injured in a Nov. 5 accident on South Kirk Road near Pine Street.

Yackle told police he entered the intersection on a yellow light and Wildman made the left turn in front of his vehicle. Wildman said she thought the light had changed to red and that Yackle’s 4Runner was going to stop.

No tickets or warnings were issued, according to the report.
