Brakes Lock, Genevan Thrown from Motorcycle

Here's a roundup of traffic reports collected from the Geneva Police Department as of 3 p.m. Tuesday.

Brakes Lock, Man Thrown from Motorcycle—The front-wheel brakes of a Honda CB750C motorcycle driven by Daniel O'Connell of Geneva locked Sept. 1 while O'Connell tried to turn from southbound Richards Street west on Peyton Street. O'Connell was thrown from the motorcycle but he refused emergency treatment, reports said.

School Street Collision—The front of a Toyota Avalon driven by John Danos of Geneva collided with the right rear of a Toyota Corolla driven by Nicole Caul of Geneva on Friday in the 0-99 block of School Street. Damage was estimated at less than $500.

Randall Road Collision—The front of a Honda Element driven by Susan Kaiser of Geneva collided with the rear of a Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Nancy Gasiorowski of Batavia Friday in on South Randall Road near West Fabyan Parkway, police said. Damage to any one vehicle was between $501 and $1,500.

East State Street Collision —The front of a Lexus ES300 driven by Nancy Illg of Geneva collided with the back end of a Toyota Camry driven by Sara Thekkanal of Naperville Saturday in the 0-99 block of East State Street, causing less than $500 damage. Thekkanal was taken to Delnor Hospital, reports said.

Hit and Run—The rear of a Lexus GX470 driven by Adil Jaffer of Geneva was hit by and unknown vehicle Monday in the 200 block of South Randall Road near Williamsburg Avenue. Police said damage to the vehicle was more than $1,500.

Randall Court Collision —The rear of a Toyota Camry driven by Kori Glore of Geneva collided with an unnamed model vehicle driven by David Johnson on Monday in the 1000 block of Randall Court near Fargo Boulevard, causing less than $500 damage, police said.

East State Street Collision —The front end of a Toyota Avalon drive by Linda Sabela of Algonquin collided with the rear end of a Honda Civic driven by Donald Fowler of Geneva on Thursday at the intersection of East State Street and Kane Street, causing between $501 and $1,500 damage, reports said.

Chesapeake Way Collision —A Ford driven by Roberto Avila of Geneva collided with a parked Scion TC owned by Jose Bejarano of West Chicago in the 500 block of Chesapeake Way on Sept. 7, reports said. Damage to any one vehicle was less than $500.

West State Street Collision —The rear of a Honda CRV drive by Karen Lance of Geneva collided with a Ford Focus driven by Nicoletta Ayala of St. Charles on Sept. 8 in the 200 block of West State Street, causing less than $500 damage, reports said.
