Batavia Youths Cited for Underage Drinking in Geneva
Police reports: A DUI and a liquor act violation were among the items in the Geneva police blotter.
Two alcohol-related incidents were among the Geneva police reports collected last week.
DUI—Geneva police arrested Gerald Foster, 66, of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended or revoked license and transportation of open liquor after a traffic stop around 10:16 a.m. April 26 in the 300 block of Cambridge Drive, reports said. Foster has a court date of May 16 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
Liquor Act Violation—Two youths were cited for possession of alcohol by a minor around 3:53 a.m. April 29 in the 1100 block of Greenfield Circle, Geneva police reports said. Christine Czajka, 19, of Batavia and Shaquille Smith, 19, of Batavia each were fined $250 if paid before due date.
