Bar-Room Disturbance Leads to Arrest for Failure to Appear in Court

Failure to appear, Assist County Sheriff—
While investigating a disturbance at Cabooses Bar, 300 Crescent Place, police spoke with Cliffard Carlson, 30, of St. Charles and discovered he had warrants out for his arrest from the Kane County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear in court for having no valid driver’s license and riving with an expired license for more than one year.
Carlson was taken into custody without incident and posted bond. He was released with a court date of 9 a.m. June 28 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
