Accident With Possible Injuries at Kirk and Hill in Geneva
Around 3:20 p.m. Thursday, a car crashes into the back of a van on Kirk Road at Hill Avenue, near the intersection of Kirk and East State.
Geneva police and ambulances reported to a call of an accident with injuries just south of the intersection of Kirk Road and Hill Avenue in Geneva at around 3:20 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16.
A white convertible collided with the back of a yellow ServiceMaster van, causing extensive damage to the front end of the convertible.
One southbound lane of Kirk Road was closed, but the bottleneck did not significantly slow the flow of traffic. A tow truck had arrived on the scene by 3:30 p.m., and Geneva police were directing the traffic.

The collision was a few hundred feet from the intersection of Kirk Road and West State Street, but the intersection traffic was not affected.
An ambulance was waiting near the vehicles, but it was not immediately clear whether any of the vehicles' occupants were taken to the hospital.
