A Couple Collisions in Reports as of Monday
Police reports: It's quiet in the police reports, which is a good thing.
The police reports folder was as thin as Natalie Portman in Black Swan when I went in there on Monday, so we'll go back again to see what's new.
In the meantime, the collection of police blotter items is two, both traffic reports and minor collisions.
Collision on State Street near Eastside Drive—The rear of a Toyota 4 Runner driven by Carmen Velez, 55, of St. Charles collided with the rear of a Buick LeSabre driven by Ann Archias, 74, of Geneva around 2:20 p.m. April 19 on private property in the 900 block of East State Street near Eastside Drive, reports said. Between $501 and $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle, reports said.

Collision on South Randall Road and Fargo Boulevard—The front of a Jeep Cherokee driven by Yvonne Dominguez, 38, of Aurora collided with the rear of a Dodge Durango driven by Sherry Rogers, 36, of Geneva around 8:23 a.m. April 19 at the intersection of South Randall Road and Fargo Boulevard, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle. Dominguez was issued a warning ticket for driving too fast for conditions.
