4 DUI Charges in Geneva Police Reports

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Four charges for driving under the influence were collected from Geneva police reports this week. 

DUI AlcoholGeneva police arrested Judd Luckey, 36, of West Chicago on charges of DUI alcohol and driving too fast for conditions around 12:54 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 100 block of Division Street. He has a court date of 8:30 a.m. March 7 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38.

DUI AlcoholGeneva police arrested Rocco Wade, 21, of Batavia on charges of DUI alcohol and unsafe lane usage  around 12:55 a.m. Feb. 3 at the intersection of South Bennett Street and Crissey Avenue, reports said. Wade has a court date of 8:30 a.m. March 7 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI AlcoholGeneva police arrested Lynda Johnson, 49, of Geneva on charges of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08, leaving the scene of vehicle damage, driving too fast for conditions and improper lane usage around 9:29 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5 in the 2400 block of Kaneville Road, reports said. Johnson has a court date of 8:30 a.m. March 7 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI-Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Sara Muncy, 30, of Geneva around 1:53 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, in the 900 block of West State Street on charges of DUI-Alcohol, DUI with blood-alcohol content of more than .08 and speeding, reports said. Muncy has a court date of 9 a.m. Feb. 15 in the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
