3 DUI Incidents in Geneva Police Reports This Week

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Three cases of driving under the influence were in Geneva police reports this week.

Major Traffic DUI—Geneva police arrested Michael O’Dell, 24, of Aurora on charges of driving under the influence after a traffic stop around 10:22 p.m. Aug. 4 in the 2300 block of South Street, reports said.

Major Traffic DUI—Geneva police arrested Portia Johnson, 49, of Geneva on charges of improper lane usage and driving under the influence after a traffic stop around 11:47 p.m. Aug. 7 in the 1000 block of East State Street, reports said. Johnson has a court date of 9 a.m. Sept. 7 in the Kane County Branch Court.

DUI—Geneva police arrested Carey Nuyen, 48, of Streamwood on charges of driving under the influence around 5:25 p.m. Aug. 12 in the 1200 block of Fargo Boulevard, reports said.
