3 Citations for Underage Drinking

Police reports: Three incidents of underage drinking are in this week's police blotter.

Teenagers from Shelby, Batavia and Geneva were hit with the that goes with consumption of alcohol by someone under 21 in a time period from June 2 to June 10, according to Geneva police reports.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police cited Kearston Elliott, 19, of Shelby for consumption of alcohol by a minor at around 6:06 p.m. June 2  at a hotel on 1555 East Fabyan Parkway, Geneva police reports said. The violation carries a $250 fine if paid before its due date.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police cited Nicholas Tegge, 19, of Geneva for consumption of alcohol by a minor around 12:53 a.m. June 7 in the 700 block of Western Avenue, Geneva police reports said. .The violation carries a $250 fine if paid before its due date.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police cited Lindsey Santora, 18, of Batavia for consumption of alcohol by a minor at around 1:36 a.m. June 10 in the 200 block of Longmeadow Drive, Geneva police reports said.  The violation carries a $250 fine if paid before its due date.
