Here's a roundup of Geneva accidents gathered from the police blotter.

3-Car Accident With Injury or Tow on Randall Road

The front of a Honda Accord driven by Alberto Tijerina, 49, of Aurora collided with the rear of a Ford Escape driven by Christopher Linhart , 29,of Montgomery, which collided with the rear of a Green Light Express Ltd. Ford Transit Connect driven by Louis Suchy, 56, of Downers Grove around 4:25 p.m. Feb. 14 on Randall Road about a quarter-mile from Christina Lane, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

The Escape and Ford Transit were stopped in traffic in the 1700 block of South Randall Road facing south. The Ford Transit stopped quickly to avoid striking the vehicle in front of him. Linhart was able to stop in time but Tijerina was not. TIjerina’s Honda hit Linhart’s Escape, which was pushed forward and hit Suchy’s Ford Transit. No injuries were reported.

Accident on Peyton Street—The front of a Chevrolet Impala driven by Angelina Crowe, 17, of Geneva collided with the driver’s side of a Honda Civic driven by Ashley Keisling, 16, of Geneva around 2:55 p.m. Feb. 16 at the intersection of Payton Street and Logan Avenue, Geneva police reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle. Crowe was issued a warning ticket for failure to yield at a stop sign. There was one passenger in the Impala and three passengers in the Civic. 

Accident on West State Street—A Jeep Wrangler driven by William Andreozzi, 43, of Geneva collided with the rear of a Toyota RAV4 driven by Ronald Lupo, 68, of Batavia around 7:40 p.m. Feb. 19 on West State Street about 35 feet east of Third Street, reports said. Less than $500 damage was done to the Toyota and no damage was done to the Wrangler, reports said.

Accident on Randall Road—The front of a Kia Spectra driven by Jacklynn Chapman, 17, of Geneva collided with the rear of a Nissan Altima driven by Jennifer Hatchko, 38, of Geneva around 3:50 p.m. Feb. 19 at the intersection of Randall Road and Fargo Boulevard, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle. 

Accident at Kaneville Road and West State Street—A Ford F150 driven by Donald Walker, 58, of West Chicago collided with the rear of a Mazda 6 driven by Karen Bentson, 68, of Geneva around 7 p.m. Feb. 16, reports said. Less than $500 damage was done to the Mazda and no damage was done to the F150, reports said. Walker was issued a warning for following too closely, reports said.

Accident on Batavia Avenue and South Third Street—The front of a Ford Windstar drivenby Stephanie Faybik, 24, of Shabbona collided with the passenger’s side of a Pontiac Grand Am driven by Leonardo Beltran, 30, of Elgin around 8:20 a.m. Feb. 16 at the intersection of Batavia Avenue (Route 31) and South Third Street, reports said. Faybik was issued a citation for disobeying a traffic control device and has a court date of March 20.

Accident on South Kirk Road (Highway 77)—The front of a Mazda 626 driven by Robert Jones-Franklyn, 19, of Geneva collided with the rear of a Toyota Tundra driven by Jeffrey Ropolski, 43, of Plainfield around 3:20 p.m. Feb. 10 at the intersection of South Kirk Road and East Fabyan Parkway, reports said. Between $501 and $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Accident on East State Street—The front of a Jeep Cherokee driven by Scott Brower, 36, of St. Charles collided with the rear of a Honda Accord driven by Vongchouane Baccam, 39, of Geneva around 1:50 p.m. Feb. 10 in the 1400 block of East State Street about 20 feet west of South Kirk Road, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle. 

Accident on South Randall Road—The passenger’s side of a Toyota Highlander driven by Karne Foutai, 43, of Geneva collided with the front of a parked Mercury Grand Marquis around 3:45 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 300 block of South Randall Road near Fisher Drive, reports said. Between $501 and $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Truck Hits Garage Door—A Volvo tractor trailer driven by David DeMaster of Cedar Grove, WI, collided with garage door siding at Minor Enterprises, 1200 East State St., around 1:50 p.m. Feb. 6, reports said. More than $1,500 damage was done to the garage, reports said. The total vehicle length is more than 75 feet.
