22-Year-Old Genevan Charged With Multiple Counts of Battery, Domestic Battery

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Geneva police arrested Sean Fallon, 22, of Geneva on two charges of domestic battery, three charges of battery and one charge of criminal defacement of property following an incident at around 4:10 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 700 block of Parker Court, reports said.

Police reported to the residence after a report of a domestic battery and other battery victims. According to reports, Fallon was sleeping in the basement when a victim tried to wake him. He “awoke enraged” and pushed several people out of the way, then knocked over a basketball hoop play set, broke a small table and cellular phone, knocked over a lamp and poured liquid on a puzzle.

A friend or neighbor was able to convince Fallon to lie down momentarily, but he then got up and damaged a metal bread box, reports said. Fallon exited the house and "became physically aggressive" with a wood serving tray on the backyard deck, striking one victim in the arm and another in the left shoulder. The value of the broken items was estimated at $200.
