2 DUIs With BAC Over .08
The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Two cases of driving under the influence involve violations that might otherwise have been routine traffic stops—one for a bad headlight and another for disobeying a traffic control device.
In both cases, the resulting arrests were for blood-alcohol content of more than .08.
DUI Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Mason Foster, 23, of Aurora on charges of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08, and improper vehicle headlights after a traffic stop at around 11:54 p.m. March 4 in the 200 block of North River Lane, reports said. He has a court date of April 11 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Heath Barker, 40, of Bartlett on charges of DUI Alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 and disobeying a traffic control signal after a traffic stop around 3:58 a.m. March 11 at the intersection of Kirk Road and East State Street, reports said. He has a court date of April 4 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
