2 DUIs With BAC Over .08

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Two cases of driving under the influence involve violations that might otherwise have been routine traffic stops—one for a bad headlight and another for disobeying a traffic control device.

In both cases, the resulting arrests were for blood-alcohol content of more than .08.
