Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police arrested Nicole Weisner, 19, of Geneva on charges of illegal possession of alcohol by a minor at around 9:32 p.m. March 14 at a home in the 800 block of Britta Lane, reports said. She has a court date of April 3 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police cited Nicholas Oliveira, 19, of Batavia for alcohol consumption by a minor around 3:09 a.m. March 18 in the 100 block of Aberdeen Court, reports said. The citation carries a fine of $250 if paid by the final notice date.
