How's real estate in Geneva IL?

Overall, the Geneva IL real estate market is looking up.  Home prices are rising but still very affordable.  Let's take a look at some key market indicators for this "state of the market" post.

  • 47 homes in Geneva IL have sold so far this year.
  • The average sold home in Geneva was on the market for 130 days.
  • Homes in Geneva IL this year have sold for an average of $294,891, though there's a pretty big spread.  The lowest sales price this year was $102,500 while the highest was $765,000.
