Lord of Tribeca Reportedly Strikes Deal to Sell $19.5M Penthouse Duo
Peter Jackson, the “Hobbit” and “Lord of the Rings” director has found a buyer for his pair of Tribeca loft/duplexes at 155 Franklin St., New York, NY 11013.  The $19.5 million property is under contract after almost a year on the New York real estate market.  The larger of the two homes is 5,869 square feet and contains 7 bedrooms and 5.5-bathroom. It was listed for sale, (had it sold separately), for $14.85 million. The smaller unit is 2,440 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms which was listed for sale for $5.1 million.

Kelly Osbourne Lists Cutie Home In Hollywood Hills
Osbourne has listed her 1,250-square-foot home at 8281 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90029 for $1.349 million.  The home was designed by Robert Byrd and built in 1952. It has 1 bedroom plus a den and sits high enough to afford territorial views of Los Angeles. Osbourne bought the place in 2005 for $1.195 million.

Charlie Trotter's Former Lincoln Park Mini-Manse Up For Grabs
News of Charlie Trotter's death last November sent shockwaves through the world's culinary scene, with fans of the chef and restauranteur mourning the death of one of Chicago's greatest. The 5,200 square foot Lincoln Park home that the couple lived in for sale at $2.695 million. The five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is a new construction, built in 2001 and purchased by the Trotters in 2007 for $2.425 million. Some of the unique features of the the home include a theater room, a wine cellar and a pizza oven.
