tearing down of Coultrap
The neighborhood is concerned regarding the large clouds of dust that have risen from the building as it is torn down. Concern became more when it was noticed that there were persons in platic suits and caps and masks and using plastic to cover the pile of debris. IS THERE ASBESTOS or LEAD in the dust? Why the haz-mat suits?
