Rout 38 / State St.

I know Rout 38 is a state highway but does anyone know what the City of Geneva is doing to lobby the state to make sure it will be fixed through our town in the spring?  I know it's been a particularly harsh winter but the condition of State Street makes our whole town look like a dump.  Something needs to be done beyond the patching that is typically done after the winter.
