Aurelio’s Geneva features limited-edition Bell’s Hopslam Ale

With Alpine Skiing, Cross-Country, Blobsleigh, Ice Hockey, Snow Boarding and Speed Skating events on tap this weekend in Sochi, come enjoy the rest of the Winter games at Aurelio’s Geneva with a spirit-warming mug of limited-edition Bell’s Hopslam Ale.

If you haven’t heard of Hopslam Ale, it’s probably because you can’t find this specialty beer just anywhere. So, you know we’re pretty excited to have happened upon two kegs! What makes it special is that it’s made with six different hop varietals that culminate with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops – the most complex hopping schedule in Bell’s repertoire.

If you’re a beer connoisseur, you’ll love that the hops varietals used in Hopslam Ale are selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities and contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. Plus, a generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check.

Shipped directly from Bell’s Michigan brewery, Aurelio’s Geneva is one of the only area restaurants with this limited edition brew. Come try it while it’s here because it won’t last long. We only have two kegs, so when it’s gone … it’s gone!

Come out to Aurelio’s Geneva at 330 W. State St. in Downtown Geneva to try this remarkably drinkable rendition of the double India pale ale style, Hopslam Ale.
