Accountibility

After months of construction on Stevens with some rude construction workers, little notice for closings (I was blocked in for 2 days) and the DIRT, the everlasting DIRT, the road is finally done.  My question is:  Who is going to  cover the cost of power washing my house and cleaning my windows?  I do not have the funds or ability to do that.  My other suggestion is that the City text or email which houses are going to be blocked the night before .  Knocking on doors is not an effective way of notifying people.
