It is easy to lose sight of our new years resolutions after getting back into the daily grind of every day life. If losing weight and getting fit this year is your goal, the is here to help. We offer great personal training programs at affordable costs to help you reach your fitness goals. There are individual and group options at both Sunset Racqetball and Fitness Center, 710 Western Ave, and the , 3507 Kaneville Road.
The personal training staff offers the highest quality training at an affordable price. Our certified personal trainers are available to help you discover the safest, quickest, and more productive path towards reaching your fitness goals.

One individual session costs $45 or $60 for a partner training session. Three individual sessions cost $130 or $175 for three partner training sessions. Five individual sessions cost $200 or $275 for five partner training sessions.
The newly renovated Sunset Racquetball and Fitness Center features top of the line fitness equipment, newly expanded free weight and stretching area, renovated locker rooms, towel service and more.

The Stephen D. Persinger Recreation Center features more than 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment, core conditioning and stretching area, three-lane walking/running track, two court gymnasium, towel service and more.
