Celebrate Earth Day, Geneva!

The Geneva Park District hosts an Earth Day Celebration on April 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Peck Farm Park.

As many already know, Earth Day is set for April 22. It has become increasingly important over the years to try and keep our Earth clean from waste. I myself try to recycle and reuse as much as I can to keep our landfills small.

Many local forest preserves and other organizations host Earth Day celebrations to help people learn more about global warming and how we can keep our Earth clean.

The is helping the community "go green" along with The Natural Resources Committee of Geneva as they host Earth Day 2012 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 21 at , 4038 Kaneville Road.
