Here we go a caroling

Whether you want to sing along or just enjoy, holiday music will be in the air all weekend, December 6 & 7.   Schedule is current as of November 21, 2013. 

Friday, December 6 

Dressed in period clothing, The Merry Carolers music includes traditional carols, romantic favorite and jazzy fun songs.  Always a treat, hear them on the main stage first around 6 pm.

Fourth through eighth graders from St. Peter’s Catholic School will entertain with their singing in front of Galena Wine Cellars on Third Street. 

The evening music continues with Kindergartners from Kensington School of Geneva adding to the spirit with their voices on Friday night.

Saturday, December 7

Returning for their third time at Geneva’s Christmas Walk is The Local Vocals, originally formed to give the students who wanted to perform, the opportunity as the school does not have a choral program.   

Geneva Girl Scouts will begin at 11:30 on the Courthouse Lawn. 

The Geneva History Center is the starting point for Olde Towne Carolers.  Made up of families from Geneva churches, the group has been caroling for four years.  Performing from 1:30 – 3:30 pm. 

Twelve students from Geneva High School comprise the Plain White V’s who will be entertaining all with instrumental holiday favorites in the afternoon on Third & State. 

In addition, a saxophone quartet will fill the air with holiday sounds.
