Time for a Healthy Breakfast with School Starting Next Week!?

Hi there, it's Kimberly from Cora Italian Specialties with another healthy smoothie idea.

No time for breakfast? Try this nutritious juice that contains all the fiber, vitamins your body craves!

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/8 inch slice lemon, with peel
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Place all into the blender in the order listed and secure lid. Select varaiable 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to variable 10, then to high. Blend until desired consistencly is reached.
