Striving for Success in Life and on Project Publish

We wrote about how it all comes down to Two Brothers and a Girl. Now, we have the girl and one brother... read to learn about the incredible life of that girl. May the best man or woman win!

Meet Rebin, the game changer on Project Publish.

Rebin Roy has faced challenges all her life. From birth in a third world country, through poverty in a west Texas town, to an elite Math and Science School and on to a major wireless carrier to build an IT department, Rebin relished the struggle for success.  Along the way she became morbidly obese, but fought back to reshape her body as a healthy bodybuilder. To top it off, she took on the world of standup comedy. See the pictures for yourself.

Today, Rebin lives in Geneva and strives for the success of her family (children ages 6, 7 and 8). She also squeezes in moments for personal goals. With only a handful of acting lessons to her name, she finds herself in the final showdown of Project Publish, the reality show for writers and performers that airs Sunday afternoons on BATV channel 17 at 2 pm.

This Sunday, Rebin will go head-to-head with Stephen Poulos of Aurora for the best performer prize. Other contestants are Treva Rodemaker of North Aurora and Wren Roberts of Wheaton who will compete for the best-writer prize.

Ultimately, YOU (the viewer) help decide the final outcome! Facebook votes will be cast during a specified time (to be revealed during the live show at 2 pm CST on Sunday, March 24th). Visit the group's Facebook page for updates, photos and voting: Project Publish in Batavia, IL.
