House Hunt: This Gorgeous 1850s Greek Revival Home Could Be Yours

This historic home built in 1856 needs a little work, but you would too if you were 155 years old. Great deals this week; a few prices just reduced.

Rick's favorites this week: The more I read Sandy's "House Hunt," the more I come to realize I'm a sucker for historic homes. I'm not handy, so I'm sure I'd lean toward a newer model if we were actually house hunting. But the ones that caught my eye this week were the featured home and the one on 501 Easton—both affordable, historic and within (healthy) walking distance of the train.
