“We chose Comic Book Artist as the first youth production to kick off the fall season at Playhouse 38 because of the humorous script and the ability for these young actors to relate to super heroes and villains,” said Lisa Pivaronas, show director.

Audiences were captivated by the light-hearted nature and humor of this show; there was a good mix of relatives, teachers, friends and community members who enjoyed the four shows offered Nov. 8-10. The cast was wonderful and connected flawlessly with the audience. The majority of the actors had little to no experience being on stage, however, I was overwhelmed with how they exceeded expectations of the audience and myself,” said Pivaronas.
