Snowflake Shuffle 5K Run/Walk

 TriCity Family Services sponsors the second annual Snowflake Shuffle 5K run/walk  in the Mill Creek Subdivision in Geneva. More than 300 people participated last year. As many as 500 are anticipated this year.

Check-in starts at 8 a.m. at the Mill Creek Clubhouse, 39W525 Herrington Dr., Geneva, with the run/walk stepping off at 9.

Race-day registration fees are $30 for adults 18 and older, $20 for ages 6-17, and free for children 5 and under. All proceeds benefit TriCity Family Services. Goody bags and T-shirts will be provided, but are not guaranteed for race-day registrants.

The run/walk starts and ends at the clubhouse. The course goes through the streets of the Mill Creek subdivision. All ages, runners, walkers, strollers, teams, companies, schools and families are welcome.

Holiday costume and spirit are appreciated. A Snowflake Shuffle spirit award will be presented and Santa Claus will be in attendance.

The course is USATF-certified. Split times will be given at every mile. Finish line management and timing services are provided by Race Time. Awards will be presented to the top 3 males and females in each 5-year age division.
