What four course dinner will the Herrington Inn's Executive Chef, Jason Tsoris, create for the Eat Your Art Out! gala event on February 20? The masterpiece dinner menu with three wine pairings will be revealed that evening after Chef Tsoris having previously determined how the four selections of creative art inspired his menu. In the early nineties, Jason worked long hours under James Beard Award Winning Chef Sarah Stegner at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago. Here he honed technique, and developed his simple mission statement: "Create dishes using prime ingredients enhanced by the infusion of seasonal flavors".
The art work, in various mediums, will be on display throughout the evening and available for purchase via a live and entertaining auction following the four course dinner. Tickets for this one-of-a-kind event are $100.00 and are available to purchase on line at the Geneva Cultural Arts Commission web site www.genevarts. org.
