Strike a Pose for Women-Zonta Club of St. Charles-Geneva-Batavia bowling event

The Zonta Club of St. Charles-Geneva-Batavia will host a bowling fundraiser on Sunday November 3, 2013 at Wheaton Bowl.  This event is fun for the whole family!  The afternoon will include several raffles and many chances to win great prizes! Admission is $30 per bowler and includes 2 games, shoes and endless Pal Joey's pizza!  Zonta Club is a local, volunteer service organization dedicated to empowering women and girls locally and globally. Bowling event proceeds directly benefit scholarships for local women and girls;grants for local service agencies working to eradicate domestic violence and advance the status of women; and international programs that help empower and protect women who are seeking literacy, proper education,have HIV, are injured by complications from substandard care during childbirth, are victims of gender-based violence and human trafficking.  To sign up for this wonderful event please call Christie Plotzke at 847.931.2292 by October 25, 2013.
