Singer/Songwriter Anne Hills to Perform at Fine Line!

Spend an evening experiencing the musical talents of American folk singer and songwriter Anne Hills. This live concert will take place Saturday, Nov. 2 in the Kavanagh Gallery at Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles.



An American folks singer and songwriter, Hills has released her own albums and appeared on others’ since she started recording in 1982, with “Don’t Panic.” Her most recent album, recorded in 2012, is titled “The Things I Notice Now: Anne Hills Sings the Songs of Tom Paxton.”



Hills has played with Tom Paxton and Bob Gibson, Cindy Mangsen and others. She has received numerous awards and accolades, including the 2006 Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts Project Stream grant, the WFMA 2002 Kate Wolf Memorial Award, and a WAMMIE (Washington Area Music Award) for “best traditional folk recording” for her duet recording, “Under American Skies,” with Tom Paxton.
