Geneva Park District Foundation’s Annual Autumn Fair
The Geneva Park District Foundation welcomes families to celebrate the beautiful fall season at its annual AutumnFair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Peck Farm Park, 4038 Kaneville Road in Geneva. Visitors of all ages will enjoy pony rides, children’s games, crafts, a petting zoo, musical entertainment, family activities, a pumpkin patch and cow milking lessons. Plus, visit the award-winning Butterfly House as it celebrates its 10th anniversary before closing for the year. Watch hundreds of butterflies fly, feed and flutter around you. Admission to the event is free with minimal fees for some activities, food and beverages.
Visitors can also test their luck at the $5 Basket Raffle. Baskets include a variety of recreational delights from area businesses. Some items include: a one-night stay at the Herrington Inn, a weekend RV rental, an Apple iPad Mini, an opportunity to throw the first pitch at a Kane County Cougars game complete with eight reserved seats, golf rounds at various area golf courses, as well as Geneva Park District fitness memberships and pool passes. Tickets are available for sale at Sunset Community Center, Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center and the Stephen D.Persinger Recreation Center.
