Geneva Church to Show Film About the Media's Role in War

The documentary “The War You Don’t See” will be shown at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 19 at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva. The church is located at 110 S. 2nd Street in downtown Geneva.

This film investigates the media’s role in war. As weapons and
propaganda are ever more sophisticated, the very nature of war has
developed into an “electronic battlefield.” Who is the real enemy?

The film is part of the free monthly third-Friday
Film programs which are sponsored by the Social Justice Committee of
the Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva. The public is encouraged
to register at uusg.org/friday-flicks/ to receive email notices of future programs.
