Geneva Church to Show Film About Getting Out of the Current Economic Crisis

The award-winning documentary “Heist: Who Stole the
American Dream and How Can We Get it Back?” will be shown at 7 p.m. on
Friday, November 22 at the Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva. The
church is located at 110 S. 2nd Street in downtown Geneva.

This
film traces the bipartisan and corporate roots of the current economic
crisis, providing a clear and fact-based explanation of how we got into
this mess and what we need to do to restore our democracy.

The
film is part of the free monthly film series sponsored by the Social
Justice Committee of the Unitarian Universalist Society of Geneva. The
public is encouraged to register at uusg.org/friday-flicks/ to receive
email notices of future programs.
