EVENT ALERT: GUARANTEED RATE HUD HOME BUS TOUR

WHAT: Guaranteed Rate, the eighth largest retail mortgage company in the country, is sponsoring a HUD Homes Bus Tour. The event includes a free, informative tour of many foreclosed properties in the suburbs of Elgin, Algonquin, Barrington and Lake In The Hills. Participants can see a wide range of foreclosed properties on a fully-equipped luxury bus, and meet with local real estate experts. Following the tour, guests are invited to attend a Chicago Bears game watch party, hosted by Tanis Group Realty. Food and drinks will be catered by Rosati’s. Please see below for event details. WHO: Any prospective home buyers and investors may attend. The bus tour is organized by Guaranteed Rate’s vice president of mortgage lending, Regina Danikowski, and the Tanis Group Reality team.

Check-in:8:00 to 8:30 AM with refreshments at Tanis Group Realty, 505 E. Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, Ill. (directly across the street from McDonald’s)
Introductions:8:30 to 9:00 AM
Bus departure:9:00 AM (Refreshments will be served during the tour)
