TRADITIONAL CASSOULET DINNER

There is much legend surrounding the origins of Cassoulet, but most connoisseurs agree that this classic winter dish dates back to 14th century France.  This white bean, meat, vegetable, and herb stew is hearty and delicious. Served family-style, this is one event that you won’t want to miss!  Dinner includes appetizer, entrée, salad, dessert, and glass of champagne.  (Reservations required.)
