What Would You Like To See In The Former Burger King Space?
The fast-food restaurant has been a fixture in Batavia for 25 years.
The downtown Batavia Burger King has been closed for a couple of weeks now. What do you think would be a good use for that property?
Mayor Jeff Schielke has said the site at the intersection of Route 31 and Houston Street is especially attractive for tenants because it has an approved drive-through.
The Burger King, which is owned by Gill Management, operated in the downtown location for 25 years before closing in July.
What would you like to see that space ideally, and what business do you think has the best chance to thrive there?
