If you want to share your event with other Patch readers, this video will teach you how to create your very own event on any Patch site. It's from the Oakland Township Patch site, but the "how to" instructions are basically the same. On Geneva Patch, you can just hover the cursor over "Events" at the top of the homepage and click on "Add an Event."
