Get Some R&R at a B&B This Weekend

Escape to Oscar Swan Country Inn and enjoy a special luncheon called The Luck of the Irish.

Tucked away amid tall, mature tress on eight acres is the quaint and quiet Oscar Swan Country Inn in Geneva.

The bed and breakfast, housed in an historic mansion at 1800 W. State St., has been offering the past two months, and the last one is Saturday. Called The Luck of the Irish, the menu includes a baked potato bar and all the toppings, pork tenderloin, two desserts and more for $15.95 per person.

A bed and breakfast since May 1988, the inn has eight bedrooms. The facility has been modernized but it retains a quaintness and is peaceful—all within minutes of downtown Geneva and Randall Road—a perfect escape for a meal or a night.
