A Little Bit of Art Improves Life

Geneva art galleries will be open Friday night for an easy-going, self-guided tour.

You can bring a little art to your busy life from 5-9 p.m. Friday, March 4, in , State and Third streets. A self-guided art walk and reception will showcase the art galleries of Geneva. All galleries are within walking distance of each other. Many galleries will provide refreshments; some will have special events, such as artists show openings or live performances A directory is available at the Chamber of Commerce office, 8 S. You will see lovely oil paintings, but look out also for gemstones set in artful jewelry; clever wine cork birdhouses, affordable pottery sculpture and other handmade objects.
