5 Things You Should Know for Monday, June 25—Tasting Beer, Catching Dogs and Underground Auditions

Enjoy some fine craft beers paired with delicious food, at a great price.

One of Chicago's favoirite live plays will be performing in Geneva during the month of September. If you think you have the acting skills to audition, you'll find more information below.

There's much more to do in our area today than you might suspect for a Monday. Here are five things:

Each Monday, the restaurant will be posting on its Facebook page a clue as to the whereabouts of the Bulldog. The grand prize reception will take place on Aug. 30, when one winner will be crowned the RendezVu's official Dog Catcher. 4. The city of Geneva's meets at 7 p.m. in . Tonight's agenda includes the reccommendation of a draft ordinance to annex Prairie Green Preserve between the city of Geneva and the Kane County Forest Preserve.

5. Donations are now being accepted for the benefiting Lazarus House. The sale will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday Aug. 5, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6, at 1110 Union St. in Geneva. 

Donations of household items, books and toys will be accepted. Please, no clothing, shoes, computers or bedding. All donations are tax deductible.
