5 Things You Should Know for Monday, July 4—Fireworks in Geneva, Batavia and St. Charles

Celebrate America's birthday with crab legs, miniature golf, and fireworks.

Batavia's might be the best fireworks display in the area, with live music and food vendors. You can join in on the fun at Engstrom Park this evening. 

And what says "America" more than an all-you-can-eat buffet? Alaskan King Crab Legs! Hang out in Geneva for a great deal on seafood today.

1. Join the city of Batavia for its annual at  in Batavia. The park opens at 5 p.m. with food vendors. The local band Field Day will perform at 7 p.m., and the "Sky Concert" fireworks display will begin at 9:30 p.m.

2. Join the city of display. There's a at Pottawatomie Park to start the festivities.

3. See the play ball, and watch fireworks afterward. This is Geneva's fireworks show.

4. Wear red, white and blue to  and get $1 off the regular admission price. Show your all-American patriotic spirit and have a great time playing a round of miniature golf with family and friends. This deal is not valid with any other offers. 

5. Settle into a plate of all-you-can-eat Alaskan King Crab legs at  in Geneva for just $45. Seafood lovers who enjoy wrestling with this spiny crustacean will definitely get their fill of food, drink and Independence Day fun.
