When you get tired of the usual dieting, exercising and "quitting" resolutions, it is never too late to start another, one that will help you enjoy life more, learn something new and help others.

Volunteering can help you achieve all of these resolutions, and the really great news is that a study just revealed that people who volunteer may live longer!
