HELP PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES → With better funding from passing the Show You Care Kane ballot proposal, more people with developmental disabilities can join TC’s team on the Miracle League Baseball Field at Marklund where he loves to play baseball and root for Chicago sports teams. Thousands of individuals and families in Kane County need help with job training, housing, transportation and independent living skills.
